‘Know Thyself’ meditation

Have paper and colours to hand before you settle in to do this meditation, if you don’t have some see the shop to links for recommended art materials, specifically for this work.

This meditation was inspired by spirit during an advanced development class. It was amazingly useful to the students over the weeks and months that followed, which inspired its inclusion in this course.

It offers the overstanding and inner experience of your true identity, as the creator of a human experience. At the same time it offers an understanding and experiencing of what it is like to be limited to a single human body. It also exposes the truth of your relationship with your habitual patterns and or the pain that regularly gets your attention.

The backing track triggers right brain dominance and receptivity allowing you to go deeper. Relax and enjoy the experience.
