New Artful Way To Explore Relationships

If a picture paints a thousand words, what a great way to see our relationships. Many of my clients love to look at their relationship graphs, to see what information can be drawn out about their latest crush, ongoing relationship, or even their marriage. Also our relationships with others are surprisingly associated with our past; be it physical or emotional memory. Our fundamental quest for understanding our role in all relationships begins here.

In this workshop we will -

• Learn how to create relationship graphs that can help us to really know ourselves. 

• Catch sight objectively of a relationship dynamic and understand our part in why things may not always be the way we’d like it to be, during our interactions with others.

• Learn a technique how to HEAR during interactions 

• Discover how to listen to our own body for clues that we often ignore.

Please make sure to bring your own drawing materials for this workshop.

This workshop will be live on Zoom. All you need to take part is a computer with a webcam and microphone.
