Booking And Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on our Egyptian retreat. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking. On signing up, you will see payment details. The balance is due by 16/10/24. If the remaining amount is outstanding by the 30th day before the start date, we will assume that you no longer wish to join the retreat, and your place will be cancelled with the deposit forfeited. To avoid this, please stay in touch by emailing June-Elleni at juneellenilaine@me.com to explain your situation so that we can try to find a solution together.

CANCELLATION

A. Before 15th June 2024 - receive a full refund, minus any credit card fees. This gives you plenty of time to book your flights.

B. After 15th June 2024 - The deposit is non-refundable. If you have already paid in full, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

C. Less than 30 days from the retreat start date - The booking at this stage is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. Please reach out to us early if you need to cancel for any reason. We will do our best to resell your place, and if successful, we will refund you the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Refunds cannot be made for:

A. Cancelled transport (train/air, etc.)

B. No-shows

C. Any illness

Please purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect your investment.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for exceptional circumstances, such as being unable to offer the retreat as advertised, not meeting the minimum number of participants, or in case of Force Majeure. In such a natural disaster situation, we will notify you promptly and refund the full amount paid in respect of the retreat. We cannot be held liable for any expenses you may have incurred such as, credit card fees, travel, holiday days, or exchange rate losses.

IMPORTANT:

This retreat does not include flights.

Cost of retreat is based on 2 people in shared room on Full board, if you prefer a single room please add the single supplement.

Do not travel if you have any infectious illness. Please keep yourself and our fellow retreaters safe by staying at home. Purchase travel insurance offering appropriate coverage to ensure financial security in case of illness.

Please acquire travel insurance as soon as you book to protect your investment in case you need to cancel within 30 days of the retreat.
